Jessica Sarah Parker Has Frizz Filled Bad Hair Day

Actress and fashionista Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP) was recently spotted in London with her below-the-shoulder ombre tresses in a big frizzed filled wave infused hairstyle.

The UK’s DailyMail featured a photo of SJP’s hair and mentioned the English weather as the reason for her “big crimped bouffant hairstyle.”

They also hypothesized that the 46-year-old actress had traveled across the Pond without her hairstylist and that she did her hair herself with too many passes with a curling iron or hot rollers.

The truth? We will probably never known what happened with her hair except for the fact that she has naturally curly tresses. When you mix natural curls with humid climate like London is famous for you may be heading for a frizz filled bad hair day. Even SJP isn’t immune from a frizz hair attack as shown by her images in the DailyMail.

Jennifer Hudson Hairstyle How To

Jennifer Hudson has traveled from end of the hair spectrum to the other in just a matter of a few years.

When she first burst onto the scene as an American Idol 3 contender in 2004, her hair was coiffed into a big natural Afro style as shown on the side.

As she progressed into the Top 7 where she was eliminated, her hair became smoother and sleeker.

By the time she was performing in 2007 her hair was much longer and styled into thick waves.  Gone were her big American Idol tight curls and coils.   By the time Jennifer appeared in “Sex and the City: The Movie” she was wearing a medium length bob hairstyle.

Jennifer won kudos from hair and fashion police for the length, the part and the angular cut.  What a major change from her American Idol hair.

Is It A Wig Or Not?

Many hair experts theorize that Jennifer has joined the other wig wearing divas such as Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Rihanna.  Has she?  It’s hair to know for sure whether the songbird is wearing her own hair or supplemented by fusion or clip-in extensions or lace front wigs. Kate Winslet has been dominating the headlines lately due to her appearance on the March cover of British Vogue with platinum blonde tresses which initially appeared to be cut short.

Hair experts now believe Kate was coiffed to give the appearance of a short chop when in reality her hair was carefully compressed into a tight back twist with long strands brushed back from the sides and along the top.  There’s no arguing it was definitely a great way to create media buzz.

Showing up with darker blonde tresses the Oscar and Golden Globe winning actress rocked a trendy polka dot embellished frock at the premiere of HBO’s Mildred Pierce this week in New York.

Advance word on Mildred Pierce is that it’s a spectacular miniseries and Kate pulled out all her acting chops for the role.

Meanwhile the polka dot craze which was showcased at Oscar De La Renta’ Spring 2011 RTW Collection is being embraced by celebrities.

Sex And The City’s (SATC) Kristin Davis wore a sophistical strapless white flowing gown with black polka dots and a black bow belt in February 2011.  Kate’s polka dots were definitely a sexy translation of the catwalk craze.

While Kristen  went with a long flowing gown, Kate showed offer her killer curves with a peek-a-boo form fitting black dress.

Meanwhile other celebs have also been embracing polka dots.  Actress Izabella Miko showcased a short flirty polka dress on a recent Red Carpet (see below image).

Kate is also making more waves with her rumored dalliance with bad boy John Mayer now that’s she single again after her divorce.

Kate who’s 35 and John who’s 33 was featured in the March 28th issue of Star Magazine in the Love Bites column.  According to Star “Kate has been secretly spending time with (the) notorious ladies man.”

Jenna Elfman who is best known for her role as Dharma of TV’s odd couple – Dharma and Greg – is back with a sitcom that reminds me a little bit of the popular film Knocked Up starring Katherine Heigl.

The premise behind Knocked Up was that a beautiful blonde TV reporter has a one night stand with a younger irresponsible young man and she gets pregnant.  When the young man finds out the beautiful blonde TV reporter is pregnant, he decides to stick around and be with her during the pregnancy.

The new sitcom is called Accidentally On Purpose and Jenna plays Billie, a film critic in San Francisco who has a brief fling with a younger man and winds up pregnant.  Of course everyone knows that an older woman who has a thing with a younger man is known as a cougar.
