Terri Seymour How To Curly Hairstyle Terri Seymour How To Curly Hairstyle

Terri Louise Seymour (born 1974, Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire, England, U.K.) is a British television presenter and sometime actress who is very famous for her long dark naturally curly hair.  Terri is beautiful and often wears her stunning naturally curly hair in an array of curly hairstyles.

Many people recognize Terri not only for her curly hairstyles, but for her past relationship with American Idol’s ex-judge Simon Cowell which covered the period of 2002-2008.  Terri has also been an American Idol correspondent for Fox and an entertainment correspondent for Extra in Los Angeles.

Although Terri and Simon are no longer together, they remain friends.  Also, Terri has remained a resident in a property owned by Cowell whilst he funded the purchase and redevelopment of her future residence.

Jennifer Lopez Hairstyles On American Idol – How To Secrets & Tips

Jennifer Lopez Hairstyles On American Idol How To Secrets & TipsJennifer Lopez Hairstyles On American Idol – How To Secrets & Tips

One of the very best things about American Idol Season 10 is Judge Jennifer Lopez.  Don’t get me wrong, I loved Ellen, Paula and all the previous AI judges but Jennifer has one thing none of them have.

Jennifer is a triple threat.  She’s got the gorgeous long lush wavy tresses, the stunning smile and that body that doesn’t stop.  Did she really have twins?

On American Idol she’s showing herself to be a very compassionate judge who carefully balances solid feedback with kindness.  Some people believe she may be a little too kind, but luckily Judges Randy Jackson and Stephen Tyler provide a perfect balance so the contestants get solid feedback.

Regardless of her performance as a judge, which is wonderful, her hair continues to shine throughout every single appearance.

Even better, Jennifer’s hair never looks the same.  In fact, not only does she alternate between wearing it up in an array of chic chignons, buns and twists, she also wears it down but with alternating texture.  She’s had braids, twists and even worn beautiful hair accessories. Beauty Tips For Thanksgiving

Monday, November 24th, 2008

One of the biggest beauty busters during Thanksgiving besides those extra helpings of pumpkin pie is stress. We all know stress can cause last minute blemishes to pop out, cause fits of insomnia which means more concealer for those dark under-eye circles. Stress is a major beauty buzz killer which can cause hair to get yucky.

Yeah… OK…. what do I mean by yucky? It can mean many different things to different people but generally stress can cause a tight scalp, dry frizzy tresses or generally unmanageable. For others it can mean excessive oiliness resulting in limp or lank strands.

Beside popping a pill, which may also be a beauty buster depending on what pill you pop, what are some beauty tricks to relieve stress during Thanksgiving?

Listed below are some of my own health and beauty stress relievers which keep my hair and skin looking beautiful during the Thanksgiving Holidays. It also save my family from dealing with me acting like a stressed out Ms. Cranky Pants. Continue reading “Beauty Tips For Thanksgiving” »

Hairstyling Tips: Prevent Fine Hair From Tangling

Friday, April 4th, 2008

Although it might seem the least likely texture to tangle, fine hair definitely has tangling challenges. Especially when fine hair is damaged or allowed to be blown about in the wind.

Fine hair that is long is also more prone to tangling and some will find that the tangles form tiny little knots at the nape of the neck if the tangles are not dealt with immediately.

Most hair experts will tell you to deal with tangles effectively with either rinse-out conditioners (right after you shampoo), leave-in conditioners (after you towel blot) or deep conditioners.

While that advice MAY work for some people with fine strands, for the most part it does not work. Why? Because fine hair tends to flatten easily and while rinse out, leave-in or deep conditioners might help initially with removing tangles, the likely result is flat hair. Or even worse….the beginning of oil slicks from too much conditioner.

If you read the advice to use conditioners for thin or fine hair, throw it away.
