Lady Gaga’s Famous Hair Will Be Included In New Book

Lady Gagas Famous Hair Will Be Included In New BookLady Gaga’s Famous Hair Will Be Included In New Book

Lady Gaga is taking another step down a road previously paved by Madonna.  It was announced today that famed photographer Terry Richardson is putting together more than 350 photos taken of the Grammy Award winning singer since the Lolapalooza festival last August and the final “Monster Ball” shows on the tour this year.

Lady Gaga gave Richardson permission back in 2010 to shoot her in a myriad of situations.

The photos are being compiled into a book which showcases Lady Gaga’s life on the tour road and in her recording studio.  The book about the 25 year old pop star is being published by Grand Central Publishing, a division of Hachette Book Group.

Lady Gaga’s Famous Hair

While it certainly will be interesting to see the Monster queen on the road, it will be even more interesting to see how her hair looks in the various photos captured by Richardson who is a phenomenal photographer.  Lady Gaga is almost as famous for her constantly changing hair color, style, length and wigs as she is for her costumes, shoes, accessories.

The book, which will have a foreword from the 25-year-old singer, will be published on November 22nd just in time for Christmas shoppers to snap up for gifts. Continue reading “Lady Gaga’s Famous Hair Will Be Included In New Book” »

It that trick still doesn’t work, Jet has other great suggestions including:

If you hate it, say it!
If you are unhappy with a cut, say something to your stylist before you leave the salon. Give them the opportunity to get it right.  Every stylist wants their clients to leave the salon happy with their look.

If the cut is beyond repair Jet shares some tips to get you through until it grows out:

Shear Genius 3′s Janine Jarman Dishes About Brig

Wednesday, March 24th, 2010

Shear Genius 3s Janine Jarman Dishes About BrigOn Monday, March 22nd, I had a fabulous 40 minute chat with Shear Genius 3 (SG3) competitor Janine Jarman.  I’ve known Janine since she first opened her Hairroin Salon and actually attended a Red Carpet event at her salon in the Spring of 2009.

Of course my first topic of conversation with Janine was Brig.  I asked Janine if all the Brig-Janine-Matthew drama shown on the SG3 episodes was real or just part of the show?

(Image of Janine Jarman – Shear Genius 3 – Bravo/TV – All Rights Reserved)

Janine answered “no” the truth of the matter was “when all the SG3 competitors were hanging out in their condos between filming”,  Brig “pretty much kept to herself.”  Janine explained “there really wasn’t any big Brig drama off screen” and in reality, “all of the SG3 stylists got along really well.”

So my visions of Brig and Janine rolling around in a crazy cat fight off-air were just in my head?   Yes, just in my head.  Any Brig and Janine drama was ultimately edited to punch up the show and make it more entertaining.  After all, Shear Genius 3 is reality TV and people want to be entertained.
