Ashley Judd Hairstyles

Ashley Judd has been keeping a low profile these days, at least on the Red Carpets.  However, she surfaced on November 10, 2009 for an event honoring her.

The event was held by USA Today and was attended by Ashley, her handsome husband Dario Franchitti and some of her longtime friends such as Mandy Moore, Molly Sims, Morgan Freeman and Ellen Burstyn.

Ashley flew to Beverly Hills to receive the USA Today Hollywood Hero award for her work with YouthAIDS.

In case you’ve been wondering what Ashley is up to these days, the actress is busy attending classes in Public Policy at Harvard in Cambridge.  Instead of playing a role where she is a student, the actress has traded roles and is actually dealing with studying and dealing with grades. (more…)

Rebecca Romijn’s career is blowing up with her brand new starring role as Roxie Torcoletti on ABC’s sizzling hot Witches Of Eastwick.

Privately the blonde beauty is living her dream life with an adoring husband (actor Jerry O’Connell) and beautiful twin babies (Dolly and Charlie) born nine months ago.  The happy family currently resides in Los Angeles.

The native born California girl also continues to maintain her leading lady status in Hollywood with roles in a number of prominent film and television projects.  She recently wrapped production on the feature film “The Love Child,” opposite Donald Sutherland and Sarah Roemer.

Romijn co-starred for two seasons on the Emmy nominated ABC comedy series Ugly Betty as Alexis Meade, formerly known as Alex Meade, the presumed dead brother of current MODE Magazine editor Daniel (Eric Mabius). The TV show Castle is an American comedy-drama television series starring Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic on ABC.

The series produced by ABC Studios was a mid-season replacement.   The show premiered on ABC on March 9, 2009 and had a limited ten episodes since it was a short first season.

Although the new show appeared to get off to a rocky start as far as building a fan base, the obvious chemistry between the two main characters - Richard Castle and Kate Beckett - was so intriguing the show became increasingly popular as each episode unfolded.

Nathan Fillion is perfect as the famous mystery novelist Richard Castle who is initially called in to help the NYPD solve a copy-cat murder based on his world famous and best selling novels (26 but who’s counting - as he likes to say).

The supporting cast besides Stana Kacic as Detective Beckett is fascinating.  There is Nathan’s eccentric mother played wonderfully by Susan Sullivan and his gorgeous 15 year old daughter.  This is also an ongoing parade of fascinating characters who andr through the various plots.
