Dianna Agron was born April 30, 1986.  She is an American actress who is best known for her role as Quinn Fabray on the popular Fox television series Glee.

Quinn is a conniving, manipulative unwed mother who also happens to be the captain of the high school cheerleading squad known as the Cheerios.

She has led her current boyfriend Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith) to believe he is the baby daddy while in reality the father is Finn’s best friend, Puck (Mark Salling) who rocks a small tight Mohawk inspired partly shaved hairstyle.

There is no biological way Quinn could be pregnant by her boyfriend although she did sleep with his best friend.  Quinn is conspiring with the wife of the Glee club coach to sell her the baby when its born. (more…)

When I started HairBoutique back in 1996-1997 I promised myself I would continue to try all the products that HairBoutique.com sells in their Marketplace.  With that promise in mind I recently did some user testing of Leonor Greyl’s fabulous Huile De Palme.

HairBoutique.com has been carrying the complete Leonor Greyl line for some years now but I tend to get lazy and not want to swap out from my regulars that I have been rotating through for many years which are cherry picked from Phyto, Rene Furterer, JF Lazartique, Paul Mitchell and L’Oreal.

Yes, there is a recession right now and I am watching my pennies like almost everyone else but because my own hair is naturally wavy/curly and naturally dry, I have been diluting or Conditioning Only (CO) washing my hair for many years now.

I also do regular oil treatments but when one of my faves was discontinued I decided to create my own - HairTopia oil - which I used on a daily basis alternating the oil with the mist.  I love jojoba oil for my hair but it is not for all hair types and textures.

Which brings me to the Leonor Greyl Huile De Palme.  I love all the Leonor Greyl packaging because it is clean and pristine.  Even before Gwen Stefani the No Doubt group made Leonor Greyl product line their hair care of choice for their 2009-2010 concert tour, I loved the company, their customer care and the results the product delivers. Although many of the Leonor Greyl products are well-known and loved, the Huile de Palme is famous with celebrity hairdressers and celebrities throughout the world.  Jessica Alba and the No Doubt group are fans of the line.  Jessica Alba has been known to use the Huile de Palme on her own gorgeous tresses as a pre-treatment. A gorgeous Arielle Kebbel made a surprise appearance on CW’s hit show, The Vampire Diaries, wearing a below-the-waist long blonde tresses.

Arielle was playing a 300 year young female vampire, Lexi, whose best friend is Stefan (Paul Wesley).  It’s made clear that Lexi and Stefan are just friends with absolutely no romantic entanglements.

It’s also obvious that Lexi is very powerful and doesn’t like Stefan’s evil brother, Damon (Ian Somerhalder).  The feeling between Lexi and Damon is mutual.  Neither likes the other much at all.

Lexi not only pops in to see her best friend, she is also in town “for one night only” to celebrate Stefan’s 162nd birthday.   Of course the title of the edgy episode is “162 Candles” to go along with the birthday theme. (more…)
