Backstage at 2010 Victoria’s Secret Fashion ShowNew York, NY – November 15, 2010 –TEMPTU was backstage at last night’s widely anticipated 2010 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Makeup and body artist extraordinaire William Lemon III used airbrush and TEMPTU PRO DURA body makeup to create the Tribal Angel portrayed by Victoria’s Secret model Emanuela de Paulo and her entourage of male dancers.

Tribal Angel

TEMPTU sat down with William after the show to get the full scoop backstage and behind the scenes, also to share a bit of body art tips and tricks.

It was like being at camp but on the other side of camp where the boys weren’t allowed. It was fun on a professional level too; it was the top of the industry and all of the most amazing girls. Tod, the costume designer made it really fun and hilarious; he is such an amazing character.

You were called on to do the body art for the “Tribal Angel”, I believe this may be the FIRST TIME IN HISTORY that a VS Angel wore body art, can you tell us a little bit about the body art trend that is booming right now, you yourself have become quite famous for your body art… (more…)

Wednesday, October 13th, 2010

Kelly Osbourne Undergoes Painful Tattoo RemovalFormer Dancing With The Stars (DWTS) fan favorite, Kelly Osbourne, had tattoos etched all over her body in the past to upset her famous parents. Now that the newly svelte Kelly has found herself and her career is soaring she’s in the process of having her body art painstakingly removed with lawyers.

Kelly, who is adorable as a platinum blonde, has admitted to the media that she was drunk when the majority of the designs were etched into her skin. She also admitted that she hoped the ink would cause a rift between her famous father Ozzy and her mother Sharon.

Kell told Us Weekly that the skin art was her way of “self-harming, because I knew it would upset my mum and dad…One of them is a keyboard, and I don’t even know how to play the piano.”

Tyrese confessed to have over 70 tattoos.  In fact, he told People Magazine that “both of my arms have sleeves and are fully covered.”

When asked about his favorite tat he said “The Autobot Transformers on my forearm.”  He got the Autobot Transformer tatts “while they were filming” The Transformers:  Revenge of the Fallen Star.

People Magazine asked Tyrese about his phobias.  He said he’s afraid of “owls”.  As a result of his owl phobia which he’s had since he was young, he’s “never seen any of the Harry Potter movies because of all the owls”.  Of course he has also not been to Hooters but that may have been Tyrese being funny. Spa Caters To Little Hands, Feet, & Hair

Spa Caters To Little Hands, Feet, & HairGULFPORT (WLOX) — Everyone needs a day of rest and relaxation. Little ones are no exception. That’s why a group of South Mississippi women opened Dippady Do Spa.

“Me and my girlfriends, we decided we wanted to open up something for kids,” said Angela Collier.  Angela Collier is co-owner of Dippiday Do Spa. The business is located on Courthouse Road in Gulfport and has been open since June 1st. Since its grand opening, little women and men have indulged in the spa’s services.

Dipady Do Spa takes walk-ins and appointments.  “We provide manicures, pedicures, facials, hair, air brush tattoos, temporary hair braids, hair designs,” Collier said.

On Sunday, a group of girls sipped on Shirley Temples while hair dressers strung ribbons through their hair and massaged their feet. Spa workers are on hand for anything their young clients need. The full service spa is exclusively for children, ranging in age from 18 months to 17-years-old.

The owners said they opened the spa to provide a chic place for youngsters to be pampered. They believe kids too, need relief from everyday life, especially during these post-Katrina days. (more…)
