Kris Humphries Not Being Sued By Jon Cheban

Lots of rumors have been flying as a result of the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce.  One of the most recent rumors involved Jonathan Cheban who is Kim’s friend and publicist.

Allegedly Cheban was going to sue Humphries for defamation after calling his sexuality into question on camera.   Supposedly the publicist and reality TV star is very private and was upset by his sexuality being discussed inappropriately.

PerezHilton.com exclusively reported today that none of the rumors involving Humphries or Cheban is true and there is no lawsuit brewing.

PerezHilton.com released an exclusive statement from Jonathan Cheban through his rep saying I have no intentions of pursuing legal action with Kris Humphries, nor haveI ever. I wish him the best of luck.”

Apparently the entire ordeal was apparently a complete fabrication.  Who knows what really happened.  Afterall, this is Hollywood.
