Bradley Cooper Mom Reportedly Against JLo Hookup

According to a piece in The National Enquirer (11/7/11) Bradley Cooper’s mom Gloria does not approve of her son’s relationship with Jennifer Lopez.

The reason for mom Gloria’s disapproval?  According to insiders she believes that Jennifer Lopez, 42, is very similar to Bradley’s ex-wife Jennifer Esposito (Blue Bloods).  Cooper, 36, and Esposito were married and divorced in the span of a year and according to insiders the marriage ended badly.  During the time of their short marriage there were reports of intense fighting between the couple.

According to an inside source Bradley’s mom allegedly believes that Lopez is “bad news” and will ultimately break her son’s heart. She believes Lopez is superficial and more concerned about money and material things rather than working at a relationship.

Bradley’s mom supposedly wants her son to end the relationship before he gets burned again and find a woman who is more like ex-Renee Zellweger who can offer long term trust, love and commitment.

Cooper and Lopez were first spotted dining together at the post New York restaurant Per Se in mid-September, just two months after her official ending with Marc Anthony.

Lopez insiders have noted that the singer, actress and dancer is famous for moving quickly from one romance to the next.

Some have questioned if Lopez was seeing Cooper long before their public dinner, but in secret while her marriage was ending.

As of now the handsome Hanover star does not seem to be heeding his mom’s warnings

Bradley’s mom is concerned, according to sources, that Jennifer Lopez is known as a heartbreaker having ending high profile relationships with three husbands as well as a highly publicized engagement with Ben Affleck now happily married to Jennifer Garner.
