Evan Rachel Wood opened up about her bisexuality in the latest issue of Marie Claire magazine. The popular actress, has previously dated Marilyn Manson. She is currently in the throes of a new romance with Billy Elliot star Jamie Bell. She has been photographed with Jamie very recently in Los Angeles.
During her interview in Marie Claire (pronounced Mary Claire) she revealed her feelings about being bisexual tell the magazine ‘Yeah, that’s a big part of who I am, and it always and it always has been for as long as I can remember,’ she said of her bisexuality.
‘I can’t say I’m one way or the other because I’ve honestly fallen in love with a man and I’ve honestly fallen in love with a woman. I don’t know how you label that, it’s just how it is.’
It’s not the first time she has discussed her private life.
She told Esquire in April: ‘I’m more kind of like the guy when it comes to girls. I’m the dominant one. I’m opening the doors, I’m buying dinner. Yeah, I’m romantic.’
Evan Rachel has been featured in the media lately not only for her interview in Marie Claire and her revelation of her preference for both men and women, but for her drastic hair changes and her recent Emmy nomination for her role as Veda Pierce in Mildred Pierce. Some experts are predicting that the 24 year old actress will win for her portrayal of an outspoken and conniving daughter. Her mother, Mildred Pierce was played by Academy Award winning actress Kate Winslet.
