Kim Kardashian’s Bridal Chignon How To

Kim Kardashians Bridal Chignon How ToKim Kardashian’s Bridal Chignon How To

For years fans have watched the Kardashian sisters navigate business, family and the search for love on the wildly popular television show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

This past Saturday, perhaps the most well known sister, Kim, married her fiancé Kris Humphries in front of 440 guests at a private estate in Montecito, California.

Always the trend-setter, all eyes were on Kim’s dresses, (she had a reported three made by renowned designer Vera Wang) her jewelry and hair.

“The low chignon adorned with diamonds and topped with a veil beautifully fused the classic style with the more modern and sophisticated look Kim is known for,” states renowned stylist and founder of Rahua hair care, Fabian Lliguin.

Step By Step Tips

Listed below are the tips Fabian shares for replicating Kim’s bridal hairstyle look:

1. Apply a styling cream, like Rahua Conditioner, all over hair.

2. Comb hair back into a low ponytail and secure. Pull aside a small piece from the side of the ponytail for later use.

3. Back comb the entire ponytail from bottom up and spray with a workable, yet strong, hairspray.

4. Start smoothing hair down while shaping the roundness of the bun.

5. Once this has been achieved, start tucking hair under at the nape of the neck and secure with pins.

6. Then, using the small section that had been set aside, wrap around the base of the ponytail and secure hair ends with a pin.

7. Add the bling in the form of a tiara (or in the past I’ve used actual necklaces and pinned into the hair to create this bejeweled look) and secure with pins.

8. Install and secure your veil and head down the aisle in style.

So whether you’re reality TV royalty, or simply looking to steal the look, these simple tips will get you down the aisle in style.
