Model Lashawna Threatt, 30, was wrestling with her BFF at a birthday party at the W Midtown Hotel in Atlanta on Saturday when she fell out a window from the 10th floor to her death at approximately 3:15 a.m.

Her boyfriend Ray Hamilton told the media that he tried “to grab on to the back of her hair as she falling out of the hotel window” but it didn’t prevent her from falling.

He cut his hand on the glass attempting to grab his girlfriend, but his attempts were futile.

“It’s been a nightmare for me,” Hamilton said. “How do two girls who weigh maybe 120 pounds a piece, standing at the window, build up enough force to not only break it, but go out immediately?”
