Justin Bieber’s Hair Not Ruined By Flying Eggs

Justin Biebers Hair Not Ruined By Flying EggsAlthough 17 year old Justin Bieber is adored around the globe a few anonymous concert goers recently attempted to pelt the singer with eggs while he was performing in Sydney, Australia on his current world tour.

Although 6 eggs were thrown at the Biebs while performing, he managed to dance past them.  He and his famous locks escaped from flying yolks.  A stagehand quickly cleaned up the egg goo so there would be no complications from the incident.

Angry fans came to the 17-year-old’s defense after the concert.  On Twitter, many of Bieber’s nine million-plus followers expressed their anger. “Dear person who threw eggs at @justinbieber in Sydney, you now have over #9millionbeliebers after you, be afraid! We go harder than hard!”

Meanwhile Twitter is no longer showing The Bieb it’s trending love.  Due to recent tweaks on the site’s algorithm the Biebster will no longer be a trending mainstay.  Looks like Twitter will not longer be a Belieber.

According to Twitter, trending topics will now focus on topics that are experiencing sudden spikes in popularity, rather than consistently talked-about subjects, the site says.

Justin Biebers Hair Not Ruined By Flying Eggs“The new Twitter algorithm identifies topics which are immediately popular, rather than topics which have been popular for a while or on a daily basis.

The goal of the new Twitter trending?  To help people discover the ‘most breaking’ breaking news from across the world,” Twitter explains in a post in its Help section. “We think that trending topics which capture the hottest emerging trends and topics of discussion on Twitter are the most interesting.”

The algorithm is “very much a work in progress,” Twitter said, adding that the site does not “block” any topics from trending.

Biebs will likely rise again – but only when the chatter reaches fever pitch. So start tweeting now to bring the Biebs back into the Twitter trending column.
