Emma Watson’s Very Vigorous Kissing Scene With Daniel Radcliffe
Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe told the media that when it came time to kiss his famous co-star, Emma Watson, he was expecting “a soft, sensual sort of moment” but instead it turned out to be a “very vigorous kissing scene”.
Radcliffe and Watson (Hermione Granger) were filming “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I” which is the second-to-last of the big-screen adventures about teen wizards.
Radcliffe was caught off guard when the blonde tressed Watson “really went for it” although he noted “I’m not complaining.” He told the press “many men would lose a limb to be in that position (with Watson) so I was absolutely fine with it.”
was expecting a tender embrace when it came time to kiss co-star Emma Watson in the new “Harry Potter” film. What he got was torrid necking, Watson working magic with her lips “like an animal,” he said.

The film which opens on Friday casts Harry and best pals Hermione Granger (Watson) and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) out into the world to fend for themselves. The journey puts a severe strain on their friendship.
A special spell from an artifact containing part of the evil nemesis Voldemort’s soul triggers a jealous rage in Ron when he sees Hermione and Harry taunting him as a third wheel in the friendship. Hermione is Ron’s true love and he is very upset by this turn of events. Hermione and Harry then turn to each other and engage in some extremely passionate kissing.
Director David Yates confirmed that the kissing scenes between Radcliffe and Watson which looke “positively bestial” were “mainly due to Emma.” He explained that the first kissing take “was too tame” and Yates told the actors he needed the kissing to be “more pagan and mad.” Being a great actress Watson took the direction and ran with it. She threw herself into the kissing with a new found vigor.
Watson told the media “I guess I just realized that I would have fewer takes to do if I just got on with it and just gave David what he wanted, which was a passionate kiss. Which was something that would really rock Ron’s boat and really be quite painful and nasty for him to watch,” Watson said.
Although Ron’s anger scenes were shot without Watson and Radcliffe on hand, he did watch the kissing scenes and it resulted in a case of major laughter for Grint as he watched his long time colleagues getting down and dirty on Harry Potter.
Yes, indeed, it was quite a change of direction for the Harry Potter clan.
