On a recent Oprah show appearance Oprah asked Justin “what do you do to keep your kidness?”

Justin laughed and said “my kidness?”  Then he said “we try to take off at least one day a week for me to be a regular kid.  For me to go play basketball, hang out with my friends, and you know, just do what I like to do.  And sometimes for that day I just sleep all day because the six days before that I’m exhausted.”

Oprah asked Justin what’s been the coolest part (of his journey)?

Justin said “Ahhh, I got to perform for President Obama which was amazing.  That’s probably at the top of the things I’ve done.”

Justin’s Reaction To Massive Crowds?

Oprah asked Justin what he thinks when he looks out over the massive crowds of people waiting for him.  He said “it’s pretty hard to comprehend.  It’s just kinda surreal.  And all my fans are just really supportive like on Twitter and everything.  I’m just really glad I get to do what I love.”

Oprah asked “do you think, why are they crying and fainting?”  Justin “I have no clue.  I don’t know what it is.”  Oprah said “I think it has something to do with you.”

Justin Bieber, David Cassidy, Donny Osmond, Michael Jackson

Oprah compared Justin to David Cassidy, Donny Osmond and Michael Jackson.  She said “for this generation, baby, baby, his name is Justin Bieber.”

Oprah’s eleven year old friend Jordan was sent to interview Justin.  She asked him several questions of note.

Oprah asked Jordan what it was like to interview Justin.  She said “it was so much fun.  Justin’s such a nice kid.  He is, he is, very kind.”  She said “my friends are completely obsessed with Justin Bieber.  So when I got this assigment I jumped at the chance to see “Bieber Mania” for myself.”

Bieber Fever

Jordan talked about Bieber fever.  She said as she stood backstage waiting to meet him “it’s like a helicopter loud.”  She flew from her hometown to a private concert in New York.  She admitted about her interview with Justin “I was feeling a little flustered.”

Jordan asked Justin “do you ever get nervous before you go on stage to perform?”  Justin “not anymore because I do it so often.  But I did when I first started.”

Jordan asked “are you nervous about meeting Oprah?”  Justin “I’m more excited because it’s going to be amazing to meet her.  My mom and I used to watch it all the time.  I’m just really excited, it’s going to be a lot of fun.”

Jordan “she’ll (Oprah) love you.  She’s very nice.”

What Justin Is Most Afraid Of?

Jordan “what are you most afraid of?”  Justin “the dark”  Jordan “do you have an allowance?”  Justin “I don’t really have an allowance I just, when I want to get something I have to ask my mom.”

Jordan “when was the last time you got grounded?”  Justin “a week ago, I got my phone taken away for like four days.”

Justin Bieber’s Curfew?

Jordan “what’s your curfew?”  Justin “I usually have to be home by like 10 o’clock.  Like my mom takes my computer away at 10:30 every night.”  Jordan “very strict.”  Justin “you’re very cute.  You did a great job interviewing.”  Jordan “thank you.”

Oprah asked “what happens when you get grounded?”  Justin “because I’m traveling so much my mom takes things I really like, like my computer and my phone.  Like she takes my phone for a couple of days and I’m like ‘I need that.’”

Oprah “so you don’t get to say ‘mom, I can’t get grounded, I’m Justin Bieber?’  Justin laughed and said “she’ll slap me in the face.”  Justin’s mom roared with laughter.  It was a very funny moment.
