Christina Applegate’s musician beau, Martyn LeNoble was there for the actress for her during her battle with breast cancer. Now, they’ve made plans be married and live happily ever after.

The star accepted Martyn’s proposal.  Martyn is a rocker (Porno for Pyros) from the Netherlands she’s been dating for two years. Although he popped the question on Valentine’s Day, Christina’s rep confirmed the news today. No wedding date has yet been announced.

Christina’s marriage to Johnathon Schaech ended in 2007.  It will be the second marriage for the prospective bride and groom.

Christina underwent a double mastectomy following a breast cancer diagnosis in 2008. She later said that Martyn was an “angel” during that time.  She said “I’m very grateful to Martyn for coming along at a time that he did because he’s been my rock through all of this,” she has said. “He gave me something to really want to live for and something to smile about.”

Martin has has a 12-year-old daughter from a prior relationship.  The rocker regularly tweets about his “green eyed beauty” who is Christina.  Around the time of their engagement he wrote: “I thank the universe for sunsets and love.”
