While the fashion world is buzzing about Golden Globes gowns, shoes and accessories, the hair world is talking about who did what hair and makeup.  Of course the fashion police are busy creating their lists of the best and worst gowns, hair, make-up and accessories.

Meanwhile the big gossipy scandals of the night involve AMC’s Mad Men star January Jones leaving a Golden Globe after party with HBO’s Entourage star, Jeremy Piven.

Due a long line of bad bay behaviors, Piven is wildly hated by the media.  January, who has been accused widely in the media as being wooden and cold, has mixed reviews on her worthiness factor.  Some love her impeccable fashions (could be due to having a great stylist) while others believe she is clueless.

When January was spotted leaving the Golden Globes party with Jeremy Piven it was as if January took an elevator down into the scumy part of the celebrity pond in terms of the media reactions.  The questions about her hanging with Piven include whether or not it will torpedo her career and if she just happened to be spotted with him or if they were truly going off together for an evening of naughtiness.

The couple was seen leaving Chateau Marmont so it’s very likely the naughtiness factor was in play.  Most of her fans in the media, who hate Piven, are hoping she was just spotted at the wrong place and wrong time with the wrong guy and nothing else.

The other big buzz post Globes is why Alec Baldwin, third time winner for “30 Rock” didn’t show up to pick up his award.  After an rather uncomfortable comment by Ashton Kutcher, who virtually ran off the stage, the matter was dropped.  It was annouced Alec couldn’t be there but no real reason was provided.

Other less interesting gossip points include Mariah Carey’s over the top – literally – boobs which appeared about to fly out of her too-tight gown at any minute.  There was also the obvious nipple showing through on Nicole Kiddman’s gown when she was presenting at the award ceremony.

Didn’t anybody talk to these two women about their boob issues?  Angelina and Brad didn’t show for the awards which just eliminates lot of tab talk about the Golden Triangle of Jen – Brad – Angelina.  Supposedly Brad didn’t show up because he wasn’t personally nominated for anything.

Other gossip?  I’m sure there’s more.  I’m just too tired (from watching all the events) to know what it is at the moment.  When I figure it out, you will be the first to know.
