Although Kimberly Noel Kardashian, 28, was the very first star to be kicked off Season Seven’s Dancing With The Stars (DWTS), she learned a lot from the experience and made lemonaide from lemons.

Advice To Dancing With The Stars

Kim, as she is known, was quoted in a recent OK Magazine advising the new DWTS contestants to “have fun”.  She told Season Eight Stars including Nancy O’Dell, Jewel, Lil Kim and the rest of the Stars “don’t take it too seriously, I wish I would have let loose more” when she was on the show.

Kim’s Lemonaide from Lemons is her newly created fitness DVD which she created after being inspired by how her co-participants on DWTS got into such great shape on the show.

Although the socialite and 5’2″ model is best known for her sex tape scandal, famous feuds with the likes of Ana Kasparian and the Hilton sisters, she is also known for her long lush Black Ebony hair, famous jock boyfriend (Reggie Bush) and her love of fashion.

Paris And Kim Celebrity Feud

Of course Paris was known for her sex tape scandal and some believe its the basis of the feud between Paris and Kim.  The feisty Paris once described Kim’s rear end as “cottage cheese inside of a big trash bag” on radio.

While Paris doesn’t have a great opinion of Kim’s ass, there are many who will kill to have the junk she has in her trunk.  Which is another reason why Kim has created the exercise DVD.

After her brief time on DWTS Kim trimmed her well-known curvy figure from the workout she got on the show.  Now she is making her new DVD available so everyone can benefit from what she learned about getting fit and healthy.

Kim is also known for being the daughter of O.J. Simpson’s former lawyer, Robert Kardashian as well as her role on the E! reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
