Karina Smirnoff is best known for her fabulous dancing on Dancing With The Stars.  She is also known for her gorgeous long chocolate brown hair, her former relationship with her DWTS parter, Extra’s Mario Lopez, and her current engagement to co-dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

The two gorgeous DTWS dancers fell in love and got engaged just in time to ring in 2009 with marriage plans.  The proposal and engagement actually occurred on New Year’s Eve 2008 and the couple want to get married before the year is over.

The dancing celebs recently told US Magazine they are already hard at work getting the wedding details underway.

“We started talking about it and figuring out when and where we’re going to have it,” Karina told Us. “But there’s so many family members that have a say that we got to try to make sure that everyone will be happy. But we think it will be sometime before the end of this year. So, not so long.”

Calista Flockhart was recently on Jimmy Kimmel to promote a special two hour episode, “Troubled Waters,” on her ABC hit show, Brothers & Sisters.

At the beginning of the show Jimmy, who had never met the beautiful and blonde Calista before, teased her about being star struck over her finance, Harrison Ford.

Jimmy also asked Calista about the cast of the very talented actors on Brothers & Sisters.  Although there have constantly been rumors of major fights amongst the cast, especially with Calista and Rachel Griffiths who plays her sister Sarah.

Calista told Jimmy everyone gets along great although not everyone is on set at the same time or in scenes together.  There has also be a lot of buzz about Balthazar Getty and his future on the show.

Supposedly there were lots of difficulties with Balthazar over his romance with Sienna Miller.  If that were the case, it was not mentioned during Jimmy’s chat with Calista.

A couple of times Jimmy tried to get Calista to spill the beans about what really happens in the storyline between her and her husband played by Rob Lowe.  The comedian even baited the beautiful actress by saying Rob Lowe had been on the show the night before and had spilled the storyline.  Calista was having none of it. Ellen Degeneres loves to call people on the phone. Recently she called Academy Award winner Sean Penn for his recent win as Best Actor for his role on Milk.  Ellen played a clip of Sean making his acceptance speech.  When the clip was over Ellen said to her audience “what a great guy.”

She picked up her phone and dialed.  Actor Sean Penn answered the phone and Ellen said “hey, It’s Ellen calling.  Hi.” Sean sounded excited “hi, how are you?  Ellen said “I’m fine.”

Ellen told Sean “the audience is just cheering you right now.  It probably sounded like static. But they’re just cheering.”

He laughed as she said “so we just watched the clip of you accepting again. And I just. Calista Flockhart was on Jimmy Kimmel’s Talk Show on ABC on the February 26th show.  Calista was on the show to promote her own ABC show, Brothers And Sisters which is building up to a two hour special show on Sunday night, March 1, 2009.

Jimmy started his conversation with Calista, who looked adorable in a very short, simple black knitted fitted dress with short boots, by pointing out that the two had never met before the show.  Jimmy said “thank you for being here” and “we’ve never met before met”.

Calista confirmed they had never met replying “it’s nice to met you”.  Jimmy said “its nice to meet you too.” The talk show host confessed to the beautiful actress, “I did have the pleasure of working with your finance (Harrison Ford) on one of my many projects.

It has been reported on People.com that Rihanna has reunited with her boyfriend, R&B singer Chris Brown. It has been approximately three weeks since Chris was arrested for allegedly assaulting her.

Perez Hilton also leaked the report of Rihanna, Ri-Ri as he calls her, and Chris getting back together.

E! News reports that the two are together at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Star Island mansion in Miami Beach.  Perez also showed a photo of Chris Brown on jet ski by Diddy’s property.

Ironically last Fall when I was in Miami on business I got lost and wound up at the gate of Star Island but when I explained where I was trying to drive to, the security guards guarding the island nicely gave me directions and got me turned around.  I had no idea I was so close to Diddy’s property until later.  I have to say it is definitely a gorgeous location.
