Ken Paves Product Wins Beauty Award

It was only a matter of time before Ken’s Healthy Hair product line started winning awards.

The December 2008 issue of Redbook Magazine named Ken’s Healthy Hair Boost Up Drops as one of their Most Valuable Products (MVP) for Beauty.

Redbook’s take on the fab Boost Up Drops? “Fading haircolor is a fading memory thanks to these pigment-packed drops. Add a few to your conditioner or styling product for a blast of color that rinses away the next time you wash”.

As a seasoned pro at using the Boost Up Drops I have to agree with Redbook’s brilliant accessment.

I have personally used Ken’s drops in a variety of ways. I have mixed one or more together with my Healthy Hair Conditioner allowing the conditioner to soak into my moisture starved strands. I have also played with mixing them into my leave-in conditioners. I have mixed the Boost Up Drops with my favorite Phyto 7, 9 and my Rene Furtherer leave-in.

Not one to follow the straight and arrow I have created my own version of Boost Up Drop cocktails. Even though my own hair color combines a golden blonde base with lighter highlights around my face, I have been mixing and matching all of the colors together.

My favorite mixture? 1 Drop of Beige Boost Up Color Drops, 2 Drops of Platinum mixed with Rene Furterer Fioravanti Light Weight Detangling Cream

I have actually mixed the Beige and the Platinum with the Honey to get a completely different result. Although I haven’t dipped into the brown or black drops yet, I am definitely weighing the possibilities. If I want to be a purist I will use only the Beige or only the Platinum. Each combination gives my hair a fabulous new boost of color.

The entire Healthy Hair product line, including the Color Drops are available in The Marketplace at HairBoutique.com.
