The b-cause Foundation Launches Make A Change Day For Alzheimers

New York- The b∙cause Foundation marked the beginning of this year’s Make A Change Day campaign at the John Allan’s Club on Wednesday, November 5th. The Make A Change Day Campaign recipient this year is the Alzheimer’s Association.

Among the attendees were Angelo David, Mark Garrison, Brad Johns, Annette Hanson, John Allan, Rudy Sprogis, Inka Dorring as well as consumer and trade beauty editors and many industry manufacturers.

The b∙cause Foundation was supported by committee members Paula Dorf, Mark Garrison, Kevin Mancuso, Oribe, Garren, Marcia Kilgore, Pat McGrath and Orlando Pita.

b∙cause is a not-for-profit organization that was established in 2000 to support charitable organizations that address the social concerns of salon owners and beauty industry professionals.

What is Make A Change Day? Salon owners who wish to participate can display a jar at their establishments and collect loose change. At the end of the collection the money is directed to a Coinstar machine and is transferred directly to the charity chosen for that year.
